Return Policy

We provide a fully functional 30 day demo for you to try to ensure Venue is the right product for you. This way you have adequate opportunity to assess the value of the software prior to purchase. Given the ease of software installation and copyright laws, we are unfortunately unable to give any refunds on downloaded, emailed or mailed software. Unlike physical goods, electronically distributed software and software licenses can be duplicated. Once a license has been used, it is unfortunately not possible for us to recall all copies.
